Quality philosophy |
Our quality philosophy of 100%
fidelity and perpetual improvement of the products and
services we render to our customers is founded on Total
Quality Management (TQM). We would proactively implement TQM
concerning quality rather than being reactive in achieving our
quality objectives. Our Total Quality Plan would span the
following areas of deep concern to us; Customer Satisfaction,
leadership, process approach, system approach to management,
continual improvement, involvement of people and rational and
quantitative approach to decision making.

QUANTITATIVE
PROCESS CONTROL |
QUANTITATIVE
PROCESS CONTROL
Our budget is constructed to support the
deployment of financial, human and physical resources with
maximum efficiency, security and accountability in the
achievement of organizational aims and strategic objectives,
based on recognized accounting standards. In ensuring a well
controlled budgetary process, steps would be taken to
implement and maintain a sound internal control system, an
efficient and effective use of resources that would assist in
making management decisions.
Our budget control system
would be built on a comprehensive financial planning and
approval framework that is consistent and rigorous in
constructing both capital and revenue budgets. It would also
include formidable methodologies for assessing the financial
impact of proposed expenditure, and compatibility with other
management and performance data. All these would enable us to
produce prompt and accurate monitoring information on
performance against budgets.

INVENTORY CONTROL
Our inventory control philosophy is pivoted on designing an inventory system that perfectly blends the fundamentals of minimizing cost and maximizing profit. That is why we have adopted the Just-In-Time (J-I-T) inventory control technique as a total control measure.
In our pursuit of continually reducing
fixed cost and consequently total annual cost, we would
reconcile Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) with J-I-T. Our
calculations of EOQ would be based on the use of real time
data so as to respond to market fluctuations. We would put in
place a total inventory control mechanism that encompasses
logistics, systems management, financial management, supply
chain efficiency, inventory turnover, quality and demand for
our products.
QUALITATIVE PROCESS
CONTROL
Marketing Process Control Our marketing control process would be based on continuous management of our marketing objectives; evaluation of performance standards; comparison of results with standards; corrections and alterations to any deviation and investigation of causes of deviation (if any). The whole process of marketing would be kept under control through: |
| √ |
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
that would help improve follow up
and determination of the
Life-Time Value of customers; increase accuracy of demand
forecasting; make customer
satisfaction feedback surveys.
|
| √ |
Market
Share Analysis. |
| √ |
Sales Analysis: This would
include monitoring of; sales cycle efficiency, lead quality;
reduced discounting. |
| √ |
Market Ratio
analysis. |
| √ |
Market
Research. |
| √ |
Regulation of promotional channels
to reduce cost by eliminating inefficient and ineffective
channels. |
| HUMAN RESOURCES/PERSONNEL
CONTROL |
Our HR/personnel control would be based
on policies that would align employees' contributions and
expectations with business goals and objectives. We would
conduct regular organization assessments, which would span
continuous evaluation of: |
| √ |
Our
Performance Appraisal System |
| √ |
Personnel
Records |
√ |
Attendance |
| √ |
Compliance with various
policies |
| √ |
Implementation procedures of
the policies. |
More so, we would carry out revisions and
updates of the various policies of the organization to meet
new challenges. We would also develop appropriate measuring
tools to measure the impact of diversity initiatives in the
organization through company-wide feedback surveys and other
methods. And consequently prevent any problem that may surface
owing to workplace diversity. |
INFORMATION SYSTEM/TECHNOLOGY
CONTROL
The following control measures would be
taken to safe-guard our network from being vulnerable to any
attack from viruses, hackers and any other potential sources
of threats on the internet. These measures would include,
among others: |
| √ |
The use of reputable
Anti-Virus software |
| √ |
The use of Pop-up
blockers to prevent unnecessary/unauthorized interruptions by
internet
advertisements. |
| √ |
Implementation/Installation of policy guarding against the use
of pirated software's and other
information
assets. |
| √ |
Structuring our system to
resist any form of penetration by hackers or unauthorized
persons by:
|
| » |
Installing a virile Anti-Spy
software |
| » |
Configuring our firewall to an
impregnable level of
security |
| » |
Implementing and installing
Internet Protocol Security (IP Sec) service. |
|
SECURITY CONTROL
Adequate security control measures would be
taken to ensure the continued safety of staff and properties.
Apart from the strict adherence to our security policies, we
would make our staff aware of the importance of being security
conscious and attach penalties to non conformance to these
policies. A security department would be set up to manage
issues on security and their functions would include among
others: |
| √ |
The scrutiny of
anything/persons that enters or leaves our
premises
|
| √ |
Installation of security
cameras at strategic places
|
| √ |
Installation of security guards/posts at vulnerable
locations |
| √ |
Contextual approaches to
security issues. |
